COVID-19 hit the world by storm last year and Alliance had no choice but to face that storm head on. With procedures and protocols changing on a daily basis we had to be on our toes ensuring we were compliant every step of the way. That included delivering clear visual and verbal communication to all office and crew as well as practicing social distancing, one-way office traffic flow and implementing enhanced cleaning practices throughout our facility. Of course we faced many challenges along the way as we did our best to mire through the pandemic; long line ups at local distilleries to purchase hand sanitizer, sourcing masks and other high-demand PPE equipment and in general, adapting our everyday routines to ensure everyone is following the ever-changing safety protocols.
During these uncertain times, the whole Alliance team pulled together with support and encouragement for one another one day at a time. The number one priority was making sure everyone was kept safe in the office and out in the field. Despite the government mandated shut-down of the construction industry, we were able to keep our doors open and continue work on essential project.
We’re happy to report that we’re COVID-free; no cases amongst staff have been reported.
Great work team!
