WHY CAN'T I MAINTAIN THE ROOF MYSELF?
It is highly recommended by industry professionals and manufacturers to have a certified flat roofing contractor maintain your flat roof. This ensures correct details are evaluated and measures are taken to minimize future issues or "null & void" warranties. Often we find a contractor is able to best identify areas of concern and problem areas in its earliest stage, and can then make immediate repairs while on site, minimizing delay before the issue is resolved.
