WHY FLAT ROOF REPAIRS?
• Restore functionality of the flat roof • Reinforce waterproofing capabilities • Restore insulating properties • Prevent premature roof replacement KEY FACTORS TO SUCCESSFUL REPAIRS • Owners should budget for roof repairs annually to ensure maximum life span • Repairs should be carried out by a certified flat roofing contractor only to avoid repeat repairs • Be proactive - minimize down-time and damage to the interior of the building • Preform minor repairs consistently instead of costly major repairs We're so honoured to have received Carlisle's prestigious Excellence in Single-Ply Award once again. We've installed and warranted 37,128,608 square feet of Carlisle’s single-ply roofing systems over the years and have completed 435 Perfect 10 installations as judged by Carlisle’s’ final inspection process.
This elite award is only given to a select few within the commercial flat roofing industry and is based on volume and quality of installation using Carlisle single-ply roofing systems. We are grateful for this partnership and proud to have been recognized for our commitment to quality and dedication with this distinction. http://www.allianceroofing.ca/carlisle-award.html Commercial Flat Roof Cleaning is a crucial part of the ongoing maintenance you should be performing on your flat roof system every year.
Over time, bird and animal feces can build up and begin to corrode the membrane surface which compromises the integrity of your roof. Environmental debris such as soil, leaves, and tree limbs will begin to decompose and eat away at the membrane, or worse, can create plants with roots attempting to penetrate the roof causing costly repairs later on. Not to mention, accumulated debris can promote ponding in areas where the roof is not designed to hold water, rather than properly draining at designed drainage locations. With the absence of a proper Roof Cleaning Program, you subject your roof to many elements which can have a negative impact on the lifespan of your roof.
